Director – Becky Bowe M.S.Ed., LBA, BCBA
Becky earned her B.A. in Elementary Education from UMKC and her Master’s in Special Education from UCM. She went on to complete her certification in behavior analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. She has more than 15 years’ experience in the fields of special education and behavior analysis, working with people of all ages and abilities. Becky grew up at Lake Tapawingo and continues to enjoy spending time there. She now resides in Blue Springs with her husband and together they enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and listening to live music. She is an avid cyclist and reader.
Why We Joined the Fit Learning Network
I was motivated to join the Fit network after witnessing the profound effects the program had on learners in the Reno, Nevada learning lab. Precision teaching and the standard celeration chart forever changed the way I collect and analyze data and the result of relying on these measures results in tremendous growth for learners – how could I not join the network?
